  10. another blogger (/local friend here where i live) and my sister love “congaplex”. it’s a supplement by standard process (the brand). they take it when they feel a “tickle in their throat” and say it keeps them from getting worse. here you can buy it at a couple chiropractors, but i know you can also get it like off amazon, if you were interested. feel better!!

  28. I’m fighting sinus/scratchy throat stuff that I’m convinced is allergies (everything starting to bud out here plus nasty wind makes for a stopped up head). Not a good time! I hope you are able to fight it off. Maybe I’ll eat an orange for my snack later and get a little extra C.
