I'd get more travel stuff – you know I love me some travel organizers!
I visited my friend last weekend and she has the most amazing kitchen. It's amazing because it's chock-full of mason jars full of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, baking flours (almond, peanut, cake, etc.), sugars, quinoa, rice, couscous, sun-dried tomatoes, etc., I counted 6 squash on her counter, and her fridge is full of pyrex containers full of delicious fresh leftovers like a butternut acorn squash soup she made, huge salads, and red quinoa breakfast "oats".
It was amazing and since then I've been crushing on a set of my own pyrex containers.
