| Old, dated sunglasses! |
Mommy, you look like a bug. Mommy, you look like an alien. Those were the kind words my kids had for me recently when I returned from a bike ride wearing these old sunglasses:
Um, ok, I’ll admit, maybe these glasses are a bit dated! So it was good timing that Outside PR sent me a couple of pairs of Ryders eyewear recently to try out.

| Much cooler Ryders Wipeout lenses |
The first pair, the Hex, is a perfect replacement pair for my old cycling glasses. They come in a great purple color, are far more hip than my old ones, and have a great, lightweight feel to them. The lenses are made of polycarbonate and are shatterproof, according to Ryders. I tried them on a run too, but found that they were a bit too big to fit comfortably under my running hat.

| The Jolt |
The second pair Ryders sent me, the Jolt, is a great all-around pair of sunglasses. They are lightweight, very comfortable for running, and stylish enough (in my opinion) to wear out and about.
The good news for you is that I have a pair of Jolts available for a giveaway. This is going to have a fast turnaround because I’ll be without connectivity for a while next week. So do the following and check back on July 29 for a winner!
